AI workshops and a website: three ways to get your hands on AI.

Not every business needs an automation project first. Some need a website that brings enquiries. Some need a team that has built something with AI once. Our two workshops are hands-on AI training: your team builds instead of listening. Three offers with a clear scope, a clear result and a clear end.

01 · Smaller businesses

Get your website in shape and measure the impact.

Most company websites have not been checked in years. We measure first (Website-Check-KAi, eight areas, 15 minutes), then fix what costs you enquiries: on your existing platform or rebuilt, with Swiss hosting.

For whom
  • Businesses up to about 20 people with a website that is «just there»
  • Trades, practices, consulting, local services
  • Anyone who wants to be found by Google and by AI search
What happens
  1. Week 1Baseline with Website-Check-KAi: findability, trust, legal (imprint, privacy under the Swiss FADP), speed, mobile, AI findability.
  2. Week 2Agree the three most important fixes together: not everything, what works.
  3. Weeks 3–4Implement: copy, structure, contact paths, legal, technology; without a platform change where possible.
  4. Week 8Measure again with the same check. The difference is the impact.
You take away
  • A website that is found and brings enquiries
  • Two measurements (before and after) instead of a feeling

Vibe-coding workshop: your team builds its own applications.

Vibe coding means describing what you want, and the AI builds it. In four hours every team member builds a small application for a problem from their own day. Nobody needs to code. By the end the team understands what AI can do, what it cannot, and what of it may enter the business.

For whom
  • Teams of 4 to 10, mixed: office, sales, operations
  • No prior knowledge; one laptop per person is enough
What happens
  1. 0:00What vibe coding is and what it is not (30 minutes).
  2. 0:30Everyone picks a problem of their own: timesheet, holiday planner, quote calculator, checklist.
  3. 1:00Build with an AI tool (e.g. Lovable), guided step by step.
  4. 3:00Show and tell: every application, three minutes.
  5. 3:30The rules question: which of these may run with real data? Which never? (Framework, stage 3)
You take away
  • One running application (prototype) per person
  • One page: which ideas to pursue, and with which data rules

Agents workshop: your team automates workflows with Claude Cowork.

An agent is an AI that does not just answer but carries out steps: read the inbox, sort, draft, file. In four hours every person takes a real flow from their day and automates it with Claude Cowork. It is playful, works with fictional data and keeps asking where a person has to stay involved.

For whom
  • Teams with recurring flows: enquiries, receipts, minutes, appointments
  • Ideally after the vibe-coding workshop, but works on its own
  • 4 to 8 people
What happens
  1. 0:00What an agent is, and the rule «read yes, write only after approval» (30 minutes).
  2. 0:30Everyone picks a flow: «inbox → sort → draft → approve».
  3. 1:00Build with Claude Cowork, on fictional sample data, guided.
  4. 2:30Test: what does the agent get right, where does it miss?
  5. 3:15Show and tell, then draw the line: which steps stay with a person?
You take away
  • One running flow per person (with test data)
  • A list: which flows are worth it in the business, and what to settle first (data, approval, tool)
Ask about the workshop

Where could AI make the biggest difference in your business?

  • Perhaps your team spends too much time on administration.
  • Perhaps you pay for software that doesn't really fit.
  • Perhaps you have an idea for a new service.
  • Or you first want to know how to adopt AI safely.

Let's find out together.

Can your ERP be connected to AI?

Two answers, one honest verdict from our study on the Swiss SME ERP landscape 2026. The check runs entirely in your browser: nothing is sent, nothing is stored.
