AI in your industry · Consulting & fiduciary

AI in consulting and fiduciary work: receipts, briefings, deadlines.

Expertise gets eaten by data entry. AI reads receipts, prepares briefings and keeps deadlines in view. The bookkeeper approves, the adviser advises.

Fiduciaries and specialist advisers sell judgement, yet spend a large part of the day capturing: allocating receipts, minuting meetings, tracking deadlines across dozens of mandates. Clients send receipts unsorted by email and post, and before every closing this ties up staff hours.

We start with the incoming invoice: read, allocated to client and account, provided as a posting proposal. The bookkeeper approves, the audit trail stays complete. Meetings become structured briefings, deadlines an overview across all mandates. Professional secrecy and data protection are not an afterthought but the precondition: client data stays in Switzerland or the EU, in environments with a data processing agreement.

What was on the table in the conversations

Three approaches, anonymised, from conversations with companies in the region. No measurements from client projects, only the approach that was discussed.

Receipts as posting proposals

Situation
Receipts arrive unsorted by email and post; capturing them ties up hours before every closing.
Approach
Read, allocated to client and account, ready as a posting proposal. The bookkeeper approves.

Client briefings

Situation
Meetings produce notes; minutes and briefings are written up by hand afterwards.
Approach
Structured, with open points and owners, with the client the same day.

Deadlines and mandates

Situation
Ten lists, ten dates, one head holding it all together.
Approach
One overview across all mandates: what is due when, who is on it.

How we work

Always in the same order: take stock, set the rules, approve, review. The framework is described on «What we do».

  1. Take stock

What is already running: officially, unofficially, and what the vendor quietly switched on.

  2. Set the rules

Three data classes, one accountable person, one sentence on disclosure.

  3. Approve

Every tool through the decision tree: open, with a condition, never. The condition is written down.

  4. Review

A date, not “regularly”. What could go wrong is named, and how large the damage would be.

Questions from the industry

Does the AI post entries itself?

No. It proposes: account, client, amount, receipt. The bookkeeper posts, one click per proposal. The audit trail shows who approved what and when.

How is this compatible with professional secrecy?

Client data only passes through environments with a data processing agreement, processing in Switzerland or the EU, no training on your data. Which data must never go into a tool is settled beforehand, not afterwards.

We use a fiduciary software. Does that fit?

Yes. We build around your software, not instead of it. Posting proposals land where you post today.

Where could AI make the biggest difference in your business?

  • Perhaps your team spends too much time on administration.
  • Perhaps you pay for software that doesn't really fit.
  • Perhaps you have an idea for a new service.
  • Or you first want to know how to adopt AI safely.
